Tony Araujo is Vice President Business Development for Testrium (formerly Paragon Systems Testing), an ISO 17025 accredited testing laboratory. Co-winner of the 2024 No Dig North Outstanding Trenchless Paper: Rehabilitation, Tony has worked in the CIPP QA testing field since the 90’s for some of the earliest CIPP programs in Canada. He has published numerous papers on the topic of CIPP materials testing and quality assurance and has presented at conferences throughout North America.

Sahil Kakkar is a Senior Project Manager with the Niagara Region, specializing in the planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater capital infrastructure projects. With over eight years of experience in municipal infrastructure, Sahil has extensive expertise in trenchless technologies, including CIPP, CFRP, slip-lining, and sewer rehabilitation across Ontario municipalities. This experience spans condition assessments, specification development, design, contract administration, field inspection, and on-site QA/QC.Sahil is actively engaged in advancing trenchless technology through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and sector involvement. With a strong interest in contributing to technical programming and initiatives such as No-Dig North, Sahil brings practical project experience and a commitment to promoting innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable trenchless solutions that support municipalities and the broader engineering community.

Kevin Bainbridge

Kevin is a Civil Engineering Technologist and has worked in the municipal sewer and water industry for the past 22 years. Kevin is currently the Infrastructure Management Practice Leader for Robinson Consultants Inc., where he has directed or project managed numerous trenchless technology projects including the use of various rehabilitation and condition assessment technologies, including CIPP, GRP, Spray on Liners, RFTC, leak detection, carbon fiber and slip lining. He has authored and co-authored over 40 papers on various aspects of Infrastructure Management and Trenchless Technologies and is a co-author of NASTT’s Introduction to Trenchless Rehabilitation book. Kevin has also been a GLSLA chapter board member for the past ten years.
